Created in partnership with our client Skills4Stem, the Skills4Leadership Game is an interactive 30 minute mobile ready leadership gamification game which is fun, engaging and very cost effective, giving the employer an objective insight into each team member’s leadership skills, competencies and behaviours.

The game collects, analyses and maps skill data across 22 defined leadership skills and competencies based on the six styles of Leadership and the Leadership Competency Framework Principles by award winning world class expert Daniel Goldman’s Principle of Leadership.
